FROM CANOE TO COMPUTER
FROM CANOE TO COMPUTER
Following my post of 2015, I have now completed a 750-page book including work on the Cumberland marshes muskrats in the 1960s. The book includes a description of work with trappers including Walter Fiddler and some of his family. The book also includes a photo of Walter checking a muskrat trap, photos of Russell Robertson and John Thomas. I am willing to send one copy of the book to a Cumberland House relative of Walter. Please provide a name and address. Thanks, John Gunson (jrgspab).

John – we still haven’t even determined who this Walter Fidlder really is.
I do have a Walter Cecil “Buggy or Bug Bug” FIDLER who was born in 1941, son of Margaret VERMETTE and Joseph Alfred FIDLER (1910-1986) who died in Prince Albert.
